This was an interesting glitch, poor Angel
when she stopped playing with that table, everything was normal again but the table wasn't good for her. :)
I went over to visit Celia Pendragon and Zayne Hunter. Zayne was at work but Celia was home and chatting to Dustin Lessen
Then I visited Sam Grant. Sent him to the Waterhole, then started sending many of my families there.
Three families later and Sam was still dancing with Rebecca Smith (worsiedog). I left while the various Sims were still arriving, departing and socialising.
I then spent a great deal of time sending the Leman family; Thomas, Kristen, Marcy and Kaitlin on a World adventure holiday. The girls mostly were sent to a place and left to fend for themselves. They must have been a bit bored.
Kristen did a bit of socialising with the locals and some shopping. Thomas did just enough stuff to reach visa level 1. And their chosen place was France, in France, Thomas and Kristen once again got the heart icon from being around each other. France really is for love. No pictures, trying to do stuff with 4 sims in one holiday was taking all my concentration. I think until the family has a holiday house, one Sim at a time is it from here on.
Oh my word, weird table glitch that! LOL, looks like it ate her! or at least that she was practicing to be a magician's beautiful assistant in the 'sawing in half' trick.

I don't know what it is about that shot of Sam at the Waterhole. I've been looking at it and I can't put my finger on it. I just LOVE that shot of him.

I like that shot of Sam as well. *laughs* Everytime I see Celia in a shot I have to stop myself from yelling at the screen, "Eat!!!" But, I do love the way she looks preggers. *thinks back to Celia and Sammy*
ReplyDeleteAngel really is adorable and has her dad wrapped around her little finger. I still love that the game gave her the name Angel and the trait of Evil.
ReplyDeleteCelia really could use a bit more meat on her bones. Like Cyclone Sword, they look so thin and easily damaged.
Sam was having a great time being social. And in his element, surrounded by girls (the ones in that shot were just the random assortment the game sent). Later I got Jon and Tanya Marsh + Tyler Townsend there and Tyler couldn't decide who to worship more, the rock star or the superstar athlete. :)
Celia can have some of Marta's weight. I just can't keep it off her. Treadmill works for about 1 sim hour. She doesn't even eat but once a day.

In the last pic, Sammy is deciding which girl he should allow the privilege of dancing with him.
If it were easy to transfer weight, Celia could take on some of the extra Alicia gained in the last Sam story. My word, I really had a hard time believing it was her.
ReplyDeleteSam is trying to decide which girl has the most stamina. Once he starts dancing, he hates to stop.
It's all that "juice" he's drinking. You know the sugar rush they get from that stuff.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand what is causing these sims to gain weight. They are supposed to go back to their original weight without any help from us.
Once Marta reaches the top of her career, I think I'll get her into something else and see if it makes a difference. I know I'm grasping at straws, but she goes to work thin and comes home thick.
I really think it is some kind of bug in the games.
That is very odd about Marta. The treadmill is supposed to work for at least a couple of days. I'm plagued with the bed glitch. Marta and Wyatt always want to go to sleep. Their energy can be way in the green zone and they're trying to sleep. Wyatt especially. Marta isn't as bad. His energy bar was almost completely green during Wade's b-day party and I had to keep an eye on him as he kept trying to sneak off to sleep.
ReplyDeleteThe food spoilage problem was out of control today. Things were spoiling in the fridge at an unbelievable rate.
Try the athletic career for Marta? Maybe that will help. Poor girl.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I've heard, the fast metabolism reward works both ways. When they lose, it goes fast. When they gain, it adds fast. When Malcolm Landgraab works out, his body shape does stay thinner for about 2 days before he has to hit the treadmill again. When he's busy toddler wrangling, he'll slowly regain the weight.
ReplyDeleteI'm not looking forward to the food spoilage problem. Anyone try keeping a plate of food in an inventory instead of in the fridge?
I love surprises too. Sad to say that I have no surprises in store for the next update as far as I know.
I haven't tried putting the food in the inventory. I did stop putting bought stuff in the fridge because I didn't want to lose it when I rotate. At least now they keep their inventory when rotating.
ReplyDeleteI sometimes buy a new fridge and that helps for a few sim days. They haven't been cooking as much since they have the hardly hungry rewards. Myra still doesn't have the reward though. She eats from her inventory a lot.
I got her the fast metabolism reward hoping it would stop the weight gain. Didn't work. The weight situation started after she had Myra.
Eek! Game glitches...sim kids stuck in the middle of a play table. I've witnessed my sims at times where they actually stick their arms or legs through each other. Nothing quite so freaky as seeing one sim's arm and hand sticking out of the back of the other sim they are having a chat with.
ReplyDelete:) Hey Muleskinner. At least it was just a harmless glitch. Looked weird and painful but the baby did fine. Not like some of the glitches the others are getting that make a save impossible to play.
