Thomas convinced Zayne to tie the knot. They were wed at the Waterhole, a favourite gathering place. They even brought young Derrick along to witness the event.

And it's now Mrs Zayne Leman. I'm sure our lovely flirty Sims will have a splendid future. Nice that a child's name changes when their mom gets married.
It was a working day so just a few of their best friends came to the wedding.

Jon Marsh moved home and was found flirting with Meadow. Once I arrived, the relationship got kicked up about 4 notches. First they had a first kiss.
Then they were caught backstage. It wasn't just woohoo they were indulging in either.
Poor Sam seemed a bit lost at sea, he never gets free will about love. So fate finally took charge and pushed this relationship with Kathryn from acquaintance to
first kiss and then they started going steady. I should find a baby in this house very soon.
I love the wedding and the toddlers. Wow, Jon actually stopped playing guitar long enough to watch them get married. I see AJ wore the preggy dress to the wedding and Alicia is looking a lot thinner that she is in my game.

LOL, I still love it when they get caught. I could swear Meadow is telling Jon it's all his fault they got caught.

Pretty wedding. They look so good together. Byron is so very cute, and I love that his eyes are closed when you took the picture, as if you'd used a flashbulb, or else baby just couldn't stay awake any longer.

ReplyDeleteI realised when I posted the pic that most of the guests to the wedding happened to be your Sims. Now that AJ has a boyfriend, maybe she'll need that preggy dress.
Jon certainly looks good in those work clothes. I can see why Meadow was falling for his charms so easy. Now to see if the two of them settle down.
Glad you liked the wedding Sue. Thomas and Zayne certainly seem very happy about it. They don't realise it yet but there is *definitely* another baby in their future. Derrick is too cute to be an only child. I haven't done it yet but if they don't have a baby on their own soon...
ReplyDeleteOh, and Chrysame, you can apply above comment about Zayne and Thomas to Celia and Christian. I will give them a little while to enjoy their toddler but if they don't produce another one in the next round or two through the hood, then the button will be pressed.

I guess my sims loves wedding same as me. He best settle down and take care of the baby that is probably coming.
ReplyDeleteI know Jon likes to watch weddings but he doesn't want to be one of the celebrants. I know if there happens to be a baby that he'll be a good dad. Who knows, he may even let Meadow talk him into an engagement before my next visit.
ReplyDeleteSammy and Kathryn, there is no question about a baby, I heard the lullaby. I will have a new Sammy baby soon and all of Kathryn's children in my various games have turned out well.
You just never know with Jon M. I thought it was funny when he and Fiona foster got married on their own. They both have commitment issues.

ReplyDeleteHe has died as an infant. Forever more a gray icon on the family tree. :( I definitely prefer infants and toddlers to be immune to random accidents.

ReplyDeleteI really think babies and toddlers weren't supposed to die in this game. Something got screwed up somewhere. I remember reading before sims3 was realeased that they would not die and we would not be able to kill them. I believe it was supposed to be like sims2 where they could be taken away but not die or be killed.

ReplyDeleteYou can tell it was one of the random deaths. It was a baby still in the blanket and the newspaper report was that Armando Smith drown in the pool. Sim babies don't get into pools.
ReplyDeleteThere are a couple of pregnancies and a recent birth so I'm hoping the game feels more kindly to the other families.
